Repairs & Warranty

All of our products are covered by a one-year repair warranty from the date of purchase.

Faulty Products

If your piece develops a fault within the first year of purchase that is determined to have resulted from the making or construction of the piece, we will repair it free of charge and cover the cost of return postage.

Other Repairs

If your piece requires a repair within the first year but the issue is not related to a fault resulting from the making or construction of the piece, we will still provide the repair free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage to return the item to us.

Repairs After One Year

After the first year, repairs remain available but will be subject to a repair fee, depending on the piece and the type and extent of the damage.

We will assess the item and provide you with the repair cost before any work is carried out. No repair will proceed without your approval of the quoted cost. The customer is responsible for postage costs for repairs requested after the first year.
